Systematic review of digital tools: Systematic review of available digital land use decision support tools

Resource description:

This report is part of MOSAIC's work package 5 (WP5) and offers a comprehensive review of 55 digital tools supporting land-use decision-making in Europe. It examines their characteristics, functionalities, data requirements, users, and limitations, employing the PRISMA systematic review method. The report identifies trends, barriers, and best practices for tool development and adoption, and provides recommendations to enhance the uptake of digital tools across policy and project cycles. It also highlights insights from developers, users, and MOSAIC partners to support the co-design of MOSAIC’s Digital Learning Environment.
