The MOSAIC Learning Environment is an open-access online space that aims to support policymakers, planners, practitioners, and researchers involved in land-use governance and territorial sustainability across Europe.
In the Learning Environment we aim to offer structured learning resources, case materials, and tools that:
- Equip users with skills to design and implement transformative Policy Labs as a method to tackle complex land-use decision making and other tools that can help them to realize sustainable land use for their situation
- Share real-world, place-based experiences from across Europe
- Foster collaborative learning, reflection, and systems thinking
